ACME CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS President John T. Niccollai reported today that contract negotiations scheduled for Tuesday, January 27, 2026, have been canceled because the company refuses to modify or remove their demand that members must co-pay for healthcare benefits. ACME CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS Today, January 13, 2026, at 10:30 a.m., ACME Markets and Local 464A met for the second time in order to achieve a new collective bargaining agreement for the contract expiring on Feb 21, 2026.
